Just like Marquez who fought Diaz @ 135 and then 6 months later @ 144 against Mayweather?

Bradley, Marquez, Rios and Aligieri moved up in weight to face Manny. Thats ****ing ridiculous.

    - Even though Rios moved up 1 weight class, Rios still outweighed Pacquiao by 9 pounds.

    - Atleast with Marquez, he had already fought @ 144 against Mayweather and @ 140 against Ramos before the 3rd fight with Pacquiao @ 144 pounds.

    - Even though Algieri will move up 1 weight class, most likely Algieri will outweigh Pacquiao.

    Pacquiao is a small Welterweight.

You are missing the point. Instead of facing welterweights, Pacquiao is fighting "smaller" opponents.

Personally i believe Rios, Bradley and Aligieri benefit from the jump in weight. They have less weight to shed and more time to focus on boxing.

Why cant Manny face a top WW contender?

Miguel Cotto - 147 WBO Champion (at the time Pacquiao fought Cotto)

Timothy Bradley 2 - 147 WBO Champion (also Bradley previously defeating Marquez)

First of all, Floyd has a reach advantage over Pacqiauo and he would use this to maximum effect.

Everytime Pacqiauos moves forward, hed be hit by jabs by Mayweather who moves back, or side to side and out of Pacqiauos firing range constantly.

Secondly, Floyd has an accurate laser like right hand that hits the button, Pacqiauo is a face first, poor defence, southpaw. Hes asking to be countered by right hands.

Pacqiauo wasnt able to stop Cotto, who was on his bike for the second half of the fight. (Weel he needed the ref to do it for him) He was unable to stop Clottey who literally stood in front of him.

Floyd would not be standing in front of Pacqiauo like the stupid plodders Pacqiauo feasts upon, Hatton, Rios, Margarito.

With Pacqiauos shorter reach, could he even reach Mayweathers head during the shoulder roll or when Floyd is leaning back against the ropes? No.

Pacqiauo has no chance, not even a lucky punch because Pacqiauo is not a one punch KO artist, if he was, we'd be seeing the Hatton performance regularly.

Everytime Pacqiauo plants his feet to set up, Floyd hits him and is long gone.

And i wouldnt be surprised if Pacqiauo got points deducted or was even DQd against Floyd. Because i saw signs of frustration when he fought Cotto who was running on his bike.
