    TBE:

    1. Walker Smith
    2. Cassius Clay
    3. Jack Johnson
    4. Sam Langford
    5. Joe Louis
    6.
Money's lineage (stylistically anyway) starts with Louis & Blackburn down through Chickie Ferrara for defense as well as everything else.. All these guys from Michigan and Ohio & Kentucky learned a post Joe Louis type of style or extract of that style alla Stanley Ketchel or in modern day fighters,Roger Mayweather, James Toney or what Vernon Paris fundamental style is. This is what's taught by many trainers in the mid west and has become common in that region for decades.... Money is a disciple.....

Several fighters have turned downs scraps with Mayweather.

    1) Shane Mosley in 1999 and 2006. Shane ignored him in 1999 because he wanted a fight with Oscar De la Hoya. Good move. But in 2006 he sort of ducked him for a vacation after the Vargas years.

    2) Miguel Cotto in 2004. To be fair it was Cotto's handlers that rejected Mayweather at the time and said that their guy isn't ready.

    3) Ricky Hatton in 2005. After watching Mayweather take apart Arturo Gatti (RIP) ringside, he decided that he's didn't want a part of Floyd. Decided to fight Kosty Tszyu instead.

    4) Winky Wright in 2007. The plan was to meet Mayweather at 160 and all was agreed except for the split. Winky wanted a bigger slice. So it all fell apart.

    5) Oscar De la Hoya in 1999 and 2006. He finally agreed in 2007. Then lost.

It's not uncommon for guys to turn down the stars in boxing unless the handlers want to cash in on their guy early. If a fighter isn't ready, responsible management won't send him to the guillotine for the sake of pride or profit.

I won't knock Floyd for not fighting some of the best fighters around who happened to be Top Rank who, until today, he specifically avoided or waited until they were gone from Top Rank to face them.

I don't think his resume stacks up with some of the greats from yesteryear even if his skills do match up. I'm also curious to see how he would have fared at 147 against SRL or Tommy Hearns who I think historically is the first fighter that comes to mind that could have beaten him.

Don't get me wrong, Floyd is a special fighter and he's HOF bound and is a great as is but TBE is a bold claim and I can't just hand it out like flyer for a Columbus Day Sale.

So Khan doesn't belong in the ring with him but Alvarez, who I like, but lost every round against Mayweather deserves a rematch?

I truly believe Money gets SD's over Hearn & SRL at 147lbs and definite victories against them above that weight... but Duran at 135lbs.. ? Nope.. Money's only loss......

Hahahah FMJ beating Hearn and SRL at 154lbs

His only chance is at 140lbs

Anything above that he's losing by knock-out.
