I've ALWAYS said both sides are at fault. My opinion of Floyd TODAY has NOTHING to do with what Pacquiao and Floyd discussed in 2009. FACT Pacquiao turned down testing then refused to negotiate and signed to fight Clottey. He didn't "agree" until he was signed to fight someone else. He NEVER agrees when he's available.
