I heard a story about Ali that he was watching the local news on television and there was a report about a Jewish old peoples home being forced to close because it was $40,000 in debt. An hour later, there's a knock on the door of that Jewish old peoples home and it's ALI who turned ups with $10,000 in cash to help save it from closing.

The man was a beautiful soul who just wanted to do good for his fellow man and woman no matter what their race, religion, colour or creed was.

NO, Ali was an Uncle Tom. He would play for the predominately white audience and turn his back on old friends like Frazier calling him common terms often used to demean blacks back then. As Frazier said, Parkinson's couldn't have happened to a nicer guy.
