Obviously something has changed from the time span of Blood test make me weak to Marquez KO6, Manny has miraculously gotten over his fear of needles. The 24/7 even shows Pac giving blood before the Hatton fight, which is only proof they he and his team are liars and were looking to kill the negotiations.

No, I mean how he litterally brands himself. His resume and abilities of no doubt play a big a role in the public clamor for him to face high level opponents. He however directly adds fuel to the fire by calling himself "The Best Ever" and merchandising the moniker with his line of "TBE" apparel.

The TBE stuff has only started recently but seriously thats fluff compared to the old Floyd. Pretty Boy Floyd called himself the best #1 P4P everyday of every year, the talking and bragging he does today is mild compared to 1998-2007. Look at the Oscar and Hatton or even Mosley 24/7's, look at the Countdown to the Gatti fight....old Floyd was way more boastful!!

Long before he was using "TBE" moniker, he still had a self-aggrandizing persona. He made claims about being better than SRR, Ali, and others. That kind of self promotion inevitably evoked a public reaction in which people demanded that he proves himself in the ring against the best possible opponents. It's an easy correlation to make, quite frankly.

When Floyd first started negotiating with Pacquiao he asked for Random Olympic Style Drug Test, Pac's team, especially Freddie Roach laughed it off like it was no big deal, and it wasn't a big deal, not until Arum start making excuses and coming up with corny statements like Manny is scared of needles and blood test make him weak. Soon after that it was why is floyd asking for test, let the commission do their jobs....next thing you know *******s and the media are attacking Floyd for asking for Drug tests, calling him Scared, Coward, and all that other sh-t!!

Now Floyd is forced to discuss why he wants random tests...the answer is simple because he suspects Pac is on Roids!! Bob Arum and Team Pacquiao could of ended the suspicion just by taking the tests, they made it an issue, had he just agreed to take the tests there would of never been any accusations at all!! Look at the evidence none of Floyds opponents who agreed to take the test are being accused of Juicing!!

Furthermore Manny gets KO6 and literally put to sleep and what do they do, they accuse Marquez of being on PEDS!!! Now Pacquiao requires mandatory drug testing for all his fights!! You cant make this stuff up!! :D

As a boxer i think Mayweather is a brilliant and skilled one but as a MAN he's a piece of ****.

The diehard fans of Mayweather who plague sites like this are also pieces of ****, infact if their posts on here are anything to go by i wouldn't be surprised if most of them had average to below average IQ's.

As for Pacquiao, he's 10 times the man Mayweather could ever dream of being. Pacquiao genuinely cares about making a difference in the Philippines and helping the lives of the poor and needy there whereas Mayweather is just about 'Himself'.

    Pacquiao is a MAN.
Mayweather will always be a Man-CHILD.

Ok......let's say Pac agreed to Floyd's special testing requirements at the very beginning.......these are "negotiations"....so both sides have a say in working out a fair partnership or split. The fact Floyd needed testing all of the sudden was even more strange given how he talked about how easy a fight with Pac would be?

now Floyd has Pac agreeing to whatever tests he feels he needs.....and even using Ariza who was at the heart of his baseless claims that Manny was doping and Ariza was supplying. Pac agrees to unlimited random urine testing which is more than adequate for catching those who are doping. ......just look at all the boxers who have been caught. None have been caught with blood testing and that is the same in ALL random testing for organized sports. Why did Floyd need overly aggressive blood testing?
