Got my cheap tickets for the Macklin fight. Hope to god that the Lee fight goes ahead in Dublin as I was planing to do both. 30 euro not too bad thought Matchroom would of tried to get more money.
Also to all the local lads fighting on the card it could well open up other options and more regular fights on some other Matchroom cards if they preform well. Also for the some of the lads to fight in the o2 would be a great feeling for them if its jammed packed too they would be buzzing. The more that turn up to the fights the chances of more big nights to come back to Dublin with Macklin or Lee its only going to get back to the days of regular big night boxing. Just think were just a ticking time bomb and once boxing explodes again down south there will be more and more big nights to come.

I've seen Heiland and he seems fairly unspectacular. He has s very straightforward style, which should suit Macklin. Plus Heiland doesn't appear to be anywhere near as big, strong and tall or slippery as Macklins last 2 opponents.
On the positive side for Heiladd, Heiland does have a good engine, toughness and some bit of a punch to be fair to him.
Verdict: Macklin to win. But he needs to look good this time.

Heiland is a class below on paper, but there is no room for Macklin to dick about.

    Ticketmaster.com I believe.

So apparently John Simpson is the opponent for Patrick Hyland on the Macklin bill. Simpson may have been stopped a couple of times up at Lightweight recently but back down at Feather/Super-Feather (not sure which this is made at), he should be an excellent test, and the hardest fight Hyland's had bar the fight with Fortuna.
