Wow that's a huge duck, can't really be seen any other way. Most of Wlad's mandatory opponents don't receive that much and Wlad is clearly a bigger draw than both Stiverne or Wilder. Leapai, Pulev and Thompson didn't earn that much.

A mandatory usually received 25% so he must think this fight is worth more than $8 million in total which is mad when you consider how little Stiverne and Arreola received for their fights. If it goes to purse bids Wilder will probably get less than $2 million, a lot less.

 

What a complete and utter disgrace to the sport Wilder is.

So we can add Stiverne to the ever growing list of boxers ducked by him.
