Mayweather wanted bought urine and blood testing. Pacquiao countered with a 2 week cut off on the blood test. The blood test can be after the fight if the commission wants to. The urine testing will continue.

Tell me what kind of drug can an athlete take 2 weeks before an event without getting caught.

Pacquiao became the mandatory challenger for the WBC belt that Mayweather is holding. What did Mayweather said? "Pacquiao can have the belt". I'm paraphrasing. Mayweather meant, he'd relinquish the belt if WBC forces him to fight Pacquiao! You can't try to make a fight happen against someone like Mayweather who doesn't want to fight.

If you ever meet the two boxers, you can them both if they would fight each other. I can guarantee you, Pacquiao will say when and where. Mayweather will **** himself and lose his "urge" AGAIN. It`s really sad that Mayweather doesn`t have the confidence his fans have.
