Answer my question dumbass instead of talking your usual bull**** to anyone that will listen to you!! If George Foreman turned down the fight why didn't Don King say **** all on the video clip that I posted?? Bob Arum mentions on the same clip that Foreman has wanted to fight Tyson since the 80's, the video clip was set in the mid 90's, so I'll ask you again why did Don King say **** all about Foreman turning down the fight?? Either put up or shut up!
Foreman didn't care about Tyson, he had already established his name at that point. His only interest in Tyson was the HW title. After Tyson lost it, Foreman lost interest in a Tyson fight.
Listen mate you'll soon realise that Asser is a Tyson nuthugger and he is a liar to boot! Foreman wanted to fight Tyson and when Don King suggested Tyson screamed at him saying "I'm not fighting that ****ing animal! If you like him so much you fight him!" Foreman wanted to fight Tyson because he knew Tyson was made for him, Tyson knew this as well.
There is one thing for sure. George Foreman had absolutely no fear of Mike Tyson. He appeared quite warm to the task of fighting Mike. It's too bad the fight never materialized.
I'm telling you now he would have wiped Tyson out even in his comeback, that would have been a dream fight that's for sure. Shame the journeyman Douglas had to bust the myth first.

Well, he is my favourite fighter....so i thought that would be obvious? A better question would be, why is Wass1985 commenting on every single Tyson thread?
Because I'm a Tyson fan myself but I can't just sit there and listen to all your bull****, you really believe he his Godzilla and King Kong rolled into one, it's pathetic. Tyson was a great fighter true and his style was the most exciting in the divisions history but all the bull**** and excuses surrounding him are pathetic! No matter what he still got his ass kicked by Douglas, Holyfield outfought him and was the superior fighter, he bit Holyfield because he knew he was going to get beat again, face the ****ing facts will you!
'Danny Williams beats any version of Tyson' 'Anthony Joshua would walk through prime Tyson' Yeah, you're a fan alright :good Its only bull**** because you cant deal with it and it hurts your sentiments. E.g. this entire thread. It makes you butthurt that Foreman admitted he didnt sign to fight Tyson and you've tried to squeeze everything you can from every angle to try and discredit Tyson
Oh **** off will you, I've forgot more about your hero than you'll ever know. Funny how you can't answer my question regarding this very thread because you know you've had your ass handed to you yet again, face it your fearless hero was petrified of pensioner George Foreman. :rofl:rofl
Agree, George was definitely zeroing in on the title. It turned out to be Holyfield and, eventually, Moorer. Tyson wasn't in the picture after '90.
Established his name by knocking over tomato cans and no-hopers and then losing lopsidedly to Evander Holyfield.
Why were Tyson and Foreman on the doubleheader in June of 1990 if Foreman lost interest in fighting Tyson? Obviously they were trying to work things out but Foreman couldn't get past the signing of the contract.
http://coxscorner.tripod.com/foreman_tyson_fl.html Tyson was the one who had misgivings about fighting Foreman, not the other way around.
