I don't remember Marquez turning down testing. He welcomed it for their fourth fight after he called Freddy's bluff. Pac is the one who didn't want testing. JMM has always felt he's been paid disproportionately relative to the PPV numbers he helps generate with Pac. JMM has never been coy about that.
