Could Hopkins Expose Kovalev's Suspect Chin?

Ok fair enough, I didn't even watch the Shumenov fight, but Calzaghe's chin, like everything else about his boxing, is vastly overrated by his know-nothing fans. Not a bad chin obviously, but very crackable and when you cherry pick bums and old men it's easier to hide your weaknesses.

Now Kovalev may very well have a dodgy chin, but Hopkins isn't the man to crack it.

 

Hopkins can't punch like Golovkin , Hopkins may be in the **** up to his neck here

 

Kovalev has a far better resume that hyped Golovkin

Cleverly and Campillio etc

 

I ask the question with what power ? Hopkins isn't a knockout puncher

 

Absolutely. Combined with tiredness having not been in the championship rounds and poor balance and a questionable chin, kovalev will no doubt taste the canvas in this fight, and quite possibly on more than one occasion.

 

Calzaghe blatantly slapped BELOW the beltline Old Joe didn't want no more of Nard did he ROFLMAO

your looking at weaknesses that kovalev hasnt shown once. he hasnt been tired, his footwork is good, a southpaw opponent stepping on your foot is very common (caparello) and he hasnt been hurt yet, unless you have the long lost video of kovalev vs boone 1. then i dont see where your coming from mate.

 

The issue isn't Hopkins' power, it's Kovalev's CHIN!!:yep
