I'm sorry but no one starts off negotiations....SERIOUS negotiations......making defaming accusations and then demanding new testing measures be set in place just to do the job he had done 40+ times before. There's no logic in how Floyd reacted to the chance at making the biggest fight in history.

If Floyd absolutely needed special testing in order for him to fight PAC then why ever make it seem as though Manny wasn't a threat by saying how easy a fight with him would be......why talk about how small he was and that he wasn't even close to his level? No of those comments from Floyd justify the need of making baseless accusations that are meant to damage reputations or the need create new testing measures.

EXACTLY. Holyfield had no problem taking the test against Tyson. Why did Pacroid duck the test? He could have beaten Floyd's ass in the ring. Instead Pacroid had nothing but excuses. One post fight urine and blood test was all that was required. Easy! Tyson didn't call Holy a PED abusing Gorilla either. If Tyson can act professionally and negotiate with respect then so could Floyd. Pac agreed to random testing but didn't want blood testing all the way up to the day of the fight and for whatever reason Floyd was he'll bent on making sure blood testing was made a big deal? How many boxers have been caught with blood testing? How many through Urine testing? Exactly. .......Floyd's need for testing was special. .....the way he latched onto the blood testing was just ******ed.
