Lets not forget the nasty beating Groves issued Golovkin in sparring

    Golovkin is a beast and I reckon he beats everyone at 160 down...but talk of him going up to beat the top dogs at 168/175 is premature. Its a well known fact that GG battered and dropped GGG in sparring, so how can we be sure he can mix it with the big boys at 168+? :think

    Yeah and groves 'schooled' froch in sparring, how did their 2 fights end again?

    I'm not sure he can. He hasn't fought anyone anywhere close to the best at 168.

    Abraham didn't destroy everyone at MW and SMW, though. He left MW without fighting the best there and got beat by Ward, Froch and Dirrell at SMW.

    That's was my point, GGG is great at MW but probably not so good at SMW.

    There's footage of them fighting on youtube. Without headguard, I'd be fairly certain Dirrell would make another appointment with Dr. Shaw Hi. He doesn't like punishment.
