I'm just mystified why someone needs everything spelt out to them in black and white?:huh

You're wrong the last 14 were more than enough ,and I didn't read those just noted their subject matter.
Talk to others as they talk to you, if their polite reciprocate, if rude respond accordingly .What is there that needs explaining?

Talk about a Nanny State, just post, if you're out of line you'll soon know about it.
