Surprised so many people have this much faith in GGG. I suspect the odds-makers would not see this fight so even were it made.

this poll is just a popularity contest. ward is just more skilled, bigger, faced better opposition. . . just overall better

Is that why Ward is winning the poll?

    Maybe

Not by much and I'm not sure that matters

    Doesn't really matter

    That's a matter of opinion.

I need to see more before forming a conclusion... 'Safe' bet is Andre Ward based on opposition fought and weight advantage.

Well, Ward has pretty much every advantage you could possibly think of other than raw punching power.

    Raw punching power.
    Superior offense.
    Better accuracy.
    Better chin.
Can fight without trying to clinch every 10 seconds.
    More amateur fights.
    More pro fights.

Golovkin hasn't been in the ring with anyone anywhere close to Ward's level. Let's see him clean out the shitty MW division first before putting hum in with the man at 168.

Ward via vicious boxing lesson. GGG would be having nightmares of SOG's jab. Skills>Power.

For now, I'll say Ward if the fight took place at 168, can't say about 160.
