joe was pretty good, I 've always maintained that his less than e
elite skills were made up for by awesome stamina meaning he could rally against injured or old but otherwise superior opposition.

I think joe showed in his career that he may t not of beat the great fighters of his era but would make it difficult and would be in with a shout against any

    43 year old Hopkins.

taylor did better, and against primer Hopkins.

dawson beat older Hopkins but dominantly not life and death last gasp calzaghe style.

so calzaghe did less than taylor and dawson, but still did well. aha but calzaghe is white man and dawson n taylor are black, so white mans victory is worth much more for racist fans.

Race is always an issue for certain people I think they are quite easy to spot which is why I don't respond to them.

Calzaghe had his flaws, who doesn't, but he was a good fighter.

indeed, it is clear that taylors victory was hof worthy, dawsons was a very good victory, and joes was a good effort for a life and death scrape.

    taylor >dawson > calzaghe

Skills don't always pay the bills. This man slapped to death some world class punchers and technicians of the highest order. If its 2 things Calzaghe had was that Italian heart and ungodly stamina. He was like a throwback and literally a slap to the face to all those saying you have to be slick and fast to be great. Sure, many fighters are trained to go the distance, but when you have a fighter fighting in the 12th and even knocking guys out in the 12th, that's ****ing incredible and rare. Only fighter that astounded me knocking out elite fighters with unhuman stamina was Sal Sanchez, and he was doing it without ever opening his mouth and in the 15th round! Never seen a fighter as focused as him. Joe's stamina always impressed me.

I've never seen anyone claim that Calzaghes win over Hopkins would be better than Taylors two victories over a younger version :huh Neither did Kessler gas against Calzaghe. I wonder if you make things up just for the sake of it.

either yes you have you lying fuk or no becauee you haven't read them

so that's a ded point you raised.

if you did lie then claiming I made it up is doubly **** of you.

he didn't gass but he broke his hand, and thus was unable to fight normally.

I prefer Hopkins to Calzaghe, even though Zaghe beat him fair and square.

Like PBF, Zaghe has always over-coveted his zero.

I prefer fighters like BHop, DLH who have sought out challenges, win or lose.

    Now that is a fighter.

Give one example of a post where Calzaghes win over Hopkins is rated above Taylors. I doubt such argumentation exists.

Thought the rumors were that his hand was hurt before the fight.

There is no such thing as truth. Only the facts of the matter. Everything else is opinion - Fact.

When you grow up and attend secondary school you'll learn that kid.

Until then it might be an idea to get a bag and start trying the basics and to try and box a bit yourself, maybe even join a gym and do a bit of sparring, then maybe you'll be able to work off your indefatigable rager for anyone who has achieved something. Upon finding out how hard doing even a few rounds is you will most likely have worked off some of that pent up rage and achieved a new perspective on boxing (because you’ve actually now done some, instead of watching and typing), and thus appreciate more fully the workings of a top professional such as Joe.

However, that would require you to grow up, and much like Peter Pan, I doubt you’ll be able to do that because that would mean being honest, with yourself as well as others, and overcoming childish bitterness and your own personal bias, which it seems, you can’t do without.

Why? Well as even a casual observer could notice this thread was created by you for yourself, and all those of a similar ilk, (which it seems is somewhere in the region of 10-15 other individuals), in order to exercise this very intense neurosis you have all developed.

From the outside it would seem you even define yourself by such actions i.e.you have created this thread, the manner in which you pen your rage, as well as the conscious awareness with which youself and others carry the anti Calzaghe flag.

What does this say about you? How full or otherwise does this indicate your life is? Seeing as you literally pursue such actions in order to define yourself. Very interesting line of thought if you were willing to be honest with yourself. But you’re not, you only wish to accept and deal with your opinion, or your truth as you call it.

However, at the end of all of this opinion swapping, regardless of what side you may be on in this particular tussle, all that is left as we move on to another issue on another thread and forget this trash, are the facts; 46-0, beat everyone, everywhere, unified and dominated his division over a ten year period, and, let us not forget………….gave you a reason to exist:deal
