    Wrong.
Mayweather vs Corrales took place January 20, 2001. Before that date here was the p4p rating at the time.

    Shane Mosley
    Felix Trinidad
    Roy Jones Jr.
    Oscar De La Hoya
    Diego Corrales
    Naseem Hamed
    Floyd Mayweather Jr.
    Lennox Lewis
    Erik Morales
    Bernard Hopkins

Note Corrales was rated number 5 on the list.
The list you're showing is post Mayweather vs corrales.:hi:

How did he catapult to #3P4P? Bradley was #3 only if you believe Pac lost to him in their first fight. So you think Bradley beat Pacroid? YDKSAB!

Interestingly enough since coming back in 09 Mayweather has fought more P4P rated fighters than Pacquiao
Mosley, Marquez, Alvarez, & Guerrero compared to Bradley & Marquez for Pacquiao.
Floyds opponents P4P rating came from big wins and dominance over multiple weights.
Manny's opponents gain there's simply from beating Pacquiao

Surprisingly enough, yes he was. Ring ranked him P4P #9 when Mayweather fought him.
