    Maidana's right overhand clocked pretty badly TBE. He was very lucky that the round ended. TBE was saved by the bell.:yep

    Of course. But as punchers go, he is not a Pacquiao, he's not a Duran, not a Tyson, and not a Hearns or Trinidad. Maidana is too slow on his feet, and doesn't have the craft or physical prowess to get himself in proper punch placement to land the necessary shots.

    Certainly rocked! He pretty much took the next round off to recover as well
    Would he have survived if it was earlier in the round? I think so!

    Maidana has decent speed and manos de piedra. Not many fighters were/ are able to land that kind of punch on TBE's button. Another fighter I remember that caught clean Floyd was Shane Mosley.

    Don't even try to compare Maidana's hand speed to Duran's. Two totally different things. And you are only comparing hand speed and power. I'm talking the whole package. Footspeed, angles, upper body movement, etc. Landing one punch at a time is one thing. Landing combinations is another.
