1) Floyd talks **** all the time about Pacquiao to the point to where he made allegations with no proof and was forced to PAY Pacquaio rather than reveal his own drug test records, which would reveal a positive drug test for a banned substance.

2) Floyd diminished Pac's earning potential through his false allegations.

3) Floyd continually says he will fight Pacquaio.

4) With the exception of Bernard Hopkins, Floyd and Pacquaio are the two best fighters of this generation.

So if big mouth Floyd talkin all that **** about how he will get the May 5th date takes the punk ***** option and acquiesces to Canelo and Cotto because he's ASCARED LIKE A LIL ***** to fight Pacquaio, will it ECLIPSE his RECORD ***** move when he PAID MAIDANA THAT MONEY (1.5MILLION USD!!!!) to wear some ***** ass gloves, and be the ULTIMATE ***** MOVE OF ALL TIME????

The decision is not Floyd's to make. Showtime makes the call and they are the ones that stand to lose the money, so the question is do they think Floyd vs. tba is worth going against Cotto-Canelo. That answer has to be no, the only fight they can make involving Floyd where they only have a negligible loss is Floyd-Pac, any other fight takes a big to huge hit. Unless they are willing to take a big loss just to make a point over who's date it is but I doubt it, Floyd only has two fights left with them. The fact that it there is a very good possibility this is Floyd's last two fights sells those fights alone, he/they don't need that date to sell as they once maybe did.

If it was left up to him, yeah, I think he would. He gets $32mil guaranteed regardless of PPV buys. It would be incredibly stupid of everyone else involved to make two competing PPVs on the same night, though. Like I said, even if Mayweather only sold 200k it would be 200k potential buys that the other side wouldn't be seeing. Not to worry, though, because it isn't gonna happen.
