Why Aren't More People Questioning Whether Hopkins is on PED's?

Becuase the whole accusing everyone who is successful of using PEDs is so whack......it's gone extremely overboard and it's taking away from our sport when everyone who's scared to fight uses the excuse to duck or insist on extra testing that doesn't really prove or disprove anything. Additonal testing is great but it should be automatic and not something that has to be brought up to tarnish another mans rep.

 

Yep, look at Holyfield, it's pretty certain he juiced so it's plausible that he continued to use PED's as he declined with age yet we didn't see him winning titles in his late 40's or challenging the Klitschko's.

Jones Jr tested positive for nandrolone yet his decline was dramatic.

PED's would have an effect but could not alone account for Hopkins continued success otherwise we would see other fighters having success into their 40's.

 

One of my favorite fighters, was prescribed TRT LEGALLY by a Dr, and uses it or his oppnents dont get a fight with him....Lamont Peterson.

Vitali USED a steroid to repair a torn ligament while he was out of competition.

He was still MONTHS away from the games, but the single positive test ELIMINATED him from ALL Amatuer competition for those games.


He's tested dozens of times since and fought in the USA, Germany, etc........he's NEVER refused additional testing. Unlike Roidnard, Roid Mayflower Jr, Andre ROID.nono:nono

 

Hopkins is on PEDs for sure, he's a disgrace to boxing.

 

Even though he's on PEDs, it doesnt tarnish what he's doing because of the advanced age thing.

It's absolutely incredible that he can even beat young journeyman at his age.

Roids or not, he's still an ATG. PERIOD.:thumbsup

Not at all. Takes the best fights. Hes an example for others to follow.

But I can't say I'm a huge fan of his style

 

No athlete is beyond suspicion.

 

"Let the commission's do their job". Thats what you hero said when he was asked to take the test.

 

I doubt it, if the guy was extraordinarily fast or strong I would be skeptical. Hopkins wins because he's seen it all, he's smarter than pretty much everyone he's faced, and he fights super dirty.

He only agreed to testing after getting face planted by JMM. He should have taken the back in 09 when it mattered instead of coming up with weak bizarre excuses. You're a ******* so I don't expect you to be objective.:hi:
