Briggs will continue to fight bums and pray that Wlad selects him as a voluntary defense, if Briggs wants to get ranked he should try and fight that one bum with a name who throws windmill punches and has faced the same kind of opposition that Briggs has since making his comeback for his entire career!

No, the opponent---Richard Carmack---is only receiving $1,000. Briggs will probably get about $5,000-$7,500 for the fight.

 

That is still not a lot. I'm assuming Briggs has another source of income.

 

Briggs is a joke. Fact is he is as shot as Toney and Holyfield, maybe worse he took the worst beating I've seen in a long time against Vitali. If he did fight a top 50 fighter he'd probably lose. He's hoping to get a shot off of his mouth alone because there is nothing he can do in the ring now that will make fans want to see him fight Wlad. It's sad that it's come to this for him.

Well assuming hes fighting at least every other month, then thats a livable wage.

It would be if he wasn't chasing Klitschko all over south Florida. That's a lot of gas and a lot of boat rentals he's spending his money on

 

I saw him (Briggs) around south Florida actually, every1 was pointing and asking "Who is this guy with a watermelon for a head?"

 

I think 10 fights per yr vs low level opponents makes a decent living. His roids shouldn't cost that much......as long as he isnt on GH which does allegedly cost a lot. He could always just look up sly stallone?
