Margarito never cheated. Margarito was just trying to "level out the playing field" against a cheating steroid/EPO filled Mosley when they fought.
That was a good video about Tony Margarito. Only one lie was told. They said Margarito's wraps were loaded & illegal. If this was actually true he would have been indicted & charged. So would Capetillo The only thing in Tony's wrap that was technically illegal was Capetillo accidently put a used pad in instead of a new one. That pad was deemed HARMLESS by the lab. The only cheats in this whole affair were Nazim Richardson for blatantly lying claiming BLOCKS FELL OUT which was done so his fighter Steroid Shane Mosely got slipped through juiced to the gills Mosely & Richardson proved themselves to be worthless POS in my opinion plus the CSAC were either corrupt or incompetent You choose which Both Antonio & Michelle are great people a pleasure to be around they deserved better
That's the part that makes me so mad about this whole railroading of an innocent guy. A KNOWN & PROVEN steroid abuser EPO Steroid Shane Mosely is being called a shoo in for the HOF. While Margarito's name is being insulted. The HOF in Canastota is turning out to be a joke I'll never go back I feel for the true champions enshrined there its not doing them justice
The last thing I need to see is a tribute to a cheating scumbag who made a career calling out smaller opponents.
I got rid of all my Margarito memoribilia right after the Mosley fight. Blatant cheaters like Margarito deserve to have their records wiped clean & banned from all aspects of organized boxing (AMS & PROS) for life.
A fighter through and through My memory of Margarito will be of him getting hit by prime Miguel cotto early and often….and laughing as he came ruunning forward for more. Joe Frazier and Roberto Duran had that diabolical look of absolute pleasure of contact…..before they moved in top finish their work. Tony Margarito is a bad ass….and a part of the spectacle of watching boxing from Jack Demsey to Sonny Liston waas watching bas asses do their jobs in the ring.
