    EDWIN VALERO - 27 FIGHTS - 27 WINS - 27 KNOCKOUTS.

Crazy motherfecker and scumbag outside of the ring but inside it Valero was an absolute beast who was on his way to becoming a Boxing Superstar.

Already a champion at Super Featherweight and Lightweight, it was only a matter of time before he moved up to 147lbs and go after Mayweather. Poor Floyd would have gone into permanent retirement if Valero hadn't gone crazy in 2010 and no doubt Edwin would have decapitated Floyd if they'd ever got into a ring together.

Pac vs Valero would have been an absolutely SENSATIONAL fight especially if they'd fought at 135 or 140lbs. Close fight but i think Valero would have just been too much for Pac in the end and there's no way Floyd would have dared gone anyway near Valero.

Valeroe was nothing more than a crude slugger who resembled a caveman.

Not at 147, maybe 135 but I think valero would of lost power/speed that high up in weight. 50/50 fight at 135 though.

Like Ike Ibeabuchi, Valero and his career are severly overrated. He was fun to watch though.

Valero never got to KO anyone elite. Interesting fighter, but nothing worth raving about since it never happened.

I would have loved to have seen him against Pacquiao though.

He falls in the category of "what could of". There is no way in knowing how his career would of played out when he continued to fight the elite. The potential was there, but he accomplished nothing more than what a young Adrian Broner did in knocking Demarco out.

To try and say he would have iced Floyd is laughable. Even more far fetched at 130-135 when Floyd was faster, more skilled and carried power.

I would have liked to seen what the head case would have become.

He was a tenacious fighter, actually reminded me of Pacquiao, but he gets slept by both Mayweather and Pacquiao. Although he was 5'6 he appeared to be much smaller, and his lack of defense would have gotten him in trouble against the elite.
