What chance would Margarito have of suing The CSAC Nazim Richardson Shane Mosely etc. Then you'd find it would involve Oscar & Golden Boy The Mayweathers etc They all wanted Margarito out of the way but no one wanted to face him in the ring

 

For once you are right It was Petrocelli that asked the CSAC to produce their evidence They didn't have any to produce. They said they MISLAID it ROFLMAO

 

You still didn't answer the question. I said why didn't he try and clear his name by court if it was clear and cut he was framed. I added "counter sue" but the first part of the question has remained the same for the last 2 post.

 

The CSAC didn't indict Margarito on loaded gloves charges because they had no evidence That POS Richardson LIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He was suspended for a whole year in the entire u.s as a result. Reason why he was not pressed with criminal charges is because they could not prove they were actually used in fights as it happened prior to the mosley fight. Also its noted that they removed 2 pads that appeared to be used and had similar markings of blood from the previous cotto fight.

Your response still does not answer my question on why he did not take his verdict to court and the boxing commission ruled that the wraps/pads were tampered with.
