How do we rank the top 10 HW's guaranteed to take a prospect the distance, but without a big risk? I suspect No.1 is Kevin Johnson - no more ambition - 6 defeats now, but has taken everyone the distance. Would have been an ideal warm up opponent for Wilder before Stiverne. Sprott - now is too vulnerable just as likely to get stopped early as he is to go the distance. Tony Thompson - Not top level, but far too dangerous to go in with someone like AJ. Price twice & Solis. Who else would you put on the list?

some good fighters in there although Johnson really is just a survivor now. A high level journeyman in truth rather than someone like Thompson who if you get it wrong can take you to pieces Browne is fairly new to the scene - couple more wins and a few step ups he may be a fringe contender if he isn't already
TT, Boystov, Brown, Oquendo, Rudenko, Tarver, Williams and Wach should not be on the list as they all come to win and have ambition. Sprott is now past it and always had a dodgy chin when facing real bangers, i don't expect him to last longer then 2 rds versus Joshua. Dominik Guinn and Kevin Johnson are the perfect guys for this list though. Both have iron chins and have decent boxing skills but they also lack any type of ambition whatsoever and would be good stepping stone fights for a 10 to 15-0 type prospect moving up to better oponents and at the same time needed to go rounds. They'd almost be guaranteed to go the distance against either Guinn or Johnson although the fights themselves would be completely dull and boring to watch.
Tomas Mrazek is a great opponent for new pros over shorter distances, but the better new pro will always be too much for him Remigijus Ziausys usually lasts the distance
