Good fight, proska known as well so could help build his profile a bit more.

Ryder's been more active but they have both done a fat lot of nothing really since their most recent defeats, to Saunders & Mora.

Toss-up really. Two southpaws with very different styles. The loser gets pushed into the shadowy corner of irrelevance while a W here could push either Super G or the Gorilla into a semi-important match-up. :think

    Agreed.

Would have been a good fight a couple of years ago but Proska no longer that relevant now and a win over him is hardly career moving.

I actually think Ryder has some ability, not quite enough to ever be a Top 10 Middleweight but certainly someone who could have a Lee Purdy type of career with a one off World title shot at the end of it.

I disagree John wasn't anywhere near ready two years ago and the best he's fought was against BJS and still lost, however Proska was euro champ and fighting higher calibre of opponents.
If both were in there prime Proska would be a strong fav

The Gorilla will be too much for Polska Proksa cause GGG took Proksa's soul.. Proksa was looking wicked before that I remember him looking sick against sebastien sylvester
