Mansour is what I think of when the word "brawler" is spoken, but he's a head hunter, and a good brawler works the body well.
Povetkin is probably the right answer here.
Joseph Parker perhaps in a year, or 2 might take that distinction.
He's in the same boat with Povetkin where he's a boxer puncher who likes to mix it up.

 

I would say Stiverne when he chooses to brawl. I can't see any body taking his shots, when they try to fight him on the inside. Look what happened to Arreola. He used to be a tough customer, before he got beat at his own game.
