Seagal says he is Mongolian. That would not be a good idea to argue with him. Seagal destroyed John Legizamo for being a smatass with him @ 1:30.

Let's be honest you are what you look like. Andre ward is half white but looks black, so he's black. GGG looks like a white kid, he's white.

You sound pretty stupid. His mom is Korean so hes half asian.

Is he asian? Idk if I'd call him asian

but its just as skewed to call him white or ethnically russian

Ethnicity is a *social* construct and has *nothing* to do with genetics.

"Race", OTOH, has NO BASIS IS SCIENCE WHATSOEVER.....

You are what you are not what you look like. Plus GGG definitely shows some asian features in his face and you can't say for sure that his asian genetics didn't contribute to his ability in the ring.

I mean if he had some asian ancestry way back in his history then for all intents and purposes we wouldn't even bother even mentioning it but GGG's ****ing mom is full asian so hes not white.

You'd have to be pretty deluded to disregard half of a person's genetic makeup.

Gennady Golovkin is Half Russian and Half Korean. Which means he's half White and half Asian neither one of us can completely claim him, but if it makes Asians and White People feel better we are closely related to one another.

This is a breakdown in laymen's terms off the top of my head.

In Africa when we were apes we spread out across the continent, so when we evolved into humans we evolved separately, based on the environment we were in, Blacks were further to the south, then a group of them broke away and left Africa they made their way across to Southern India, spreading from there into the Pacific Islands and eventually to Australia. They evolved into a distinct Black race called Aborigines. Samoans Polynesians etc. are mixed Asian and Aborigine, New Guineans and Indigenous Australians are and some in India almost pure Aborigine, a separate group referred to as Negritos made their way to Southeast Asia where they were swallowed by the expanding Asian population giving Southeast Asians Black features. Africans in central and southern Africa develop a gene known as M1 causing their skin to mutate to deal with the harsh climate creating black skin, that gene exists in only Aborigines and Sub Saharan Africans. Their hair evolved because the sun was so hot the body needed to find a way to cool the head their hair works like a sponge to keep the sweat in to cool the head.

The other group in Africa were in the north they evolved to have Arab features, some of them left and spread into the Middle East where they encountered the Neanderthal they mixed together creating modern Caucasians and Asians, a group of Caucasians broke off and went northeast spreading across the land the environmental conditions caused them to mutate therefore the harsh blinding sun reflecting off the ice forced an eye mutation the epicanthic fold was born, the frost bite forced a nose mutation Asians therefore have small noses. Modern day Asians were born. Another group left across the land bridge across the Bering Strait they came to the Americas and underwent various transmutations creating the modern day Native American populations from the Eskimos in the North to the indigenous tribes of South America.

The Caucasian race that spread out across the Middle East and Europe is composed of these various ethnic groups, Slavs, Latins, Germanic, Scandinavians, English, Irish, Indians, Arabs, and North African Arabs.

Caucasians and Asians are closely related, and have Caucasoid and Mongoloid skulls which are similar.
Blacks and Aborigines are closely related, and have Negroid and Australoid skulls which are similar.

There are four main racial groups all of the variety across the globe are ethnic groups that mutated to have distinct features within the races, all of the ethnic groups develop their own language religion and cultures over hundreds or thousands of years, all of which mean basically nothing in regards to what race they are. You are all one of a subgroup of four races with multiple ethnicities with those races.

    WRONG.

Arabs who are indigenous to Arabia and North Africans who are indigenous to Africa are NOT Caucasians.

Ethiopians all range from 30% Caucasian to 60%, that's why they have pointy noses and sharp jaw lines.

An "Ethnicity is a "social" construct" ******.:rofl

Adopting this pseudo science just makes the myriad of your peoples shortcomings more palatable.

Ain't quite correct... but I'll ride with it. Certainly ancestry is is only one (and far from the principal determinant) of a wide range of factors that contribute to ethnicity.

And FWIW I largely agree on the matter of race.. it's now generally accepted that that the traditional faux scientific concepts of race hold little to no weight given our developing knowledge of genetics.

We are indeed one big, effectively homogenous (in genetic terms) but sadly dysfunctional family.:grouphug
