    I just meant how could they be that brazen. He shouldn't justifiably be #7 in the first place...and skipping over Travis Kaufman, so what...but moving up three spaces, including over Lucas Browne (whose resume over the last two years shits all over Briggs' since his loss to Klitschko, which has all been squeezed into this year on a bum-of-the-month circuit) and even a serious top contender like Pulev???

    How could they pull something like that with a straight face?

    We all know the power of a payoff from a promoter to a sanctioning body. Unless Browne or some other contender sued the WBA over getting leapfroged, the WBA isn't going to blink over it.
