Knocked down:- 1x Drilzane 10-3 (0) never dropped anyone prior. 1x Gomez. 35-8 (24) shot career 130lb fighter 1x Limond. 28-2 (9) feather fisted career 130lb fighter 2x Prescott. 19-0 (17) on paper looks a devastating puncher but after the Khan victory he has gone 7-6(3). 3x against Garcia. 1x Diaz. That's 9 times he's been down.
. The guy has heart but his chin isn't very good. He gets hurt in every other fight he has and he's been down off fighters who aren't regarded as punchers.
- Chin is underrated (I'm assuming Maidana was using his unpadded gloves here too). - Was in his right weight class at the time, no weight drain issues. - I'm thinking dem Ariza shakes too doe.
You have to break them down to get a better view Drilzane never really dropped him, Khans feet got tangled with the adverisment below the rope as I remember it Gomez, His knee touched, wasn't hurt Limond, he got fcked up, exposed his shaky chin Prescott, Big puncher in the first 3 rounds, Khan ran into all his bombs - anyone would have been trouble eating them, however he got stunned by a jab - Khan may have had trouble making weight Garcia - Messed him up massive left hook on the neck that he never recovered from, 2nd KD was behind the ear also, 3rd one was top of the head, but damage was done by the first Diaz - Off balance, didn't show anything about his chin the KD, more like his poor balance, what did show his chin was the time he got shaken in round 10 or 11 He's been down in 5 fights and hurt in 3 from KD in 32 fights and 10 or so have been against one time world champions, His chin isn't good, but isn't THAT bad.
he dont have a good chin at all but like its not as if any wee thing that lands put him spark out, in fairness the prescott shot looked terrible for amir
Khan in truth got up from Swifts best shots, then later got stopped prematurely. Still, I kinda disagree about the glass jaw, more like resin or aluminum can jaw.
