You are a sucker for these bums and you seem to have a different agenda than what you propose

If hops makes it competitive in any way for more than 4 rounds i will be the first on here eating crow and giving hops mad props because in my eyes he is getting steamrolled

    Hey!
Your Goddarn right I'm still pissed that Pavlik didn't KO his asre!:fire

Plus, Pavlik had a 101 fever days before the fight & should have cancelled the fight.

Anywho...didn't recall that BHop schooled "Tito", who I NEVER liked. So knowing that, Hopkins gets my vote in that fight. But recently, he has just turned me off with his racist comments about "never gonna lose to a white boy". ****ing double standard in this country sickens me.

    But that's another story.

I'm not confident in Kovalev, either. If he tightens up just a little bit, BHop will find a way. SK needs to be relaxed & at his absolute best in there to win.

Too bad GGG wasn't a Lt Heavy. I'd like to see Hopkins withstand that punching power!

So you can't envision a scenario whereby Hopkins plays the role of matador, constantly maneuvering Kovalev into positions that leave him vulnerable and out of position?

Tito was a welterweight, I predicted that Hopkins would knock him out. Pavlik was a middleweight who was slow, easy to hit and would never have stood any chance of beating Kovalev. Kovalev would have knocked Pavlik out, same with Tito, Taylor and the rest. Hopkins will hold, headbutt, fall down on the canvas and try to get his referee to disqualify Kovalev like he did Dawson. Kovalev would have knocked Dawson out cold easily...........................

I'm so looking forward to this fight. I just hope it lives up to my expectations. I've been hyping it up to my casual fight fan friends and there seems to be a lot of interest.

I have to admit being somewhat of an old person that I"m biased.

Hope all is well in your world.

Things are outstanding here, marting, and I hope you're doing well, too! Very nice to still see you posting here after all these years. Hard to believe it has been 12 years (perhaps longer for you) that we've been participating on this forum. :cheers

And I also am looking forward to this. Have not been this excited for a fight in years! And my friends have bought into me hyping it as well, although I consider them a tad beyond casual.

    Enjoy man!!

    :good

Almost time for Hopkins to administer an arse-beating on Kovalev.
