He drops his hands everytime he punches.

THE most basic schoolboy error in boxing.

When we were training and we dropped our hands, we got a punch in the face to remind us to keep our hands up.

Floyd, a master technician, is going to lose to a guy who cant even correct the most basic of errors?

    Spin me another one.

And im still waiting for a stylistic breakdown of Khan will beat Floyd?

Since Khan fans are struggling, maybe i should do one for them?

Khans speed, yes he has fast hands, but as the pattern with a lot of his fights. His speed very quickly declines after about round 4. And most of the time, he throws inaccurate flurries where only 1 punch actually lands.

Khans power - same as his speed, looks great for first few rounds and then dwindles down. Look at the Diaz fight, from the middle rounds onwards Diaz was walking through everything Khan was throwing.

Khans workrate same as above, starts off great for the first few rounds and then drops drastically.

Khans footwork, good, but nothing special. Plus he only hops in and out, no angles or side to side movement, any good fighter can read those patterns and time him (as Garcia did).

Khans combinations, pretty basic and predictable, normally or very nearly always throws the same combinations. A 1-2 or a 4, occasionally changes the last punch to a hook or uppercut.

Khan always drops his hands after hes punched, always open to a left hook because of this (see Diaz, Garcia and Prescott fights)

I can see all these things, Garcia could see all these things, but Floyd cant :patsch

All these factors point to a victory for Floyd. Khan will look amazing for about 2-3 rounds max.

I think he'll look good for about half the fight, if he uses his jab properly and win about 4 rounds, but pretty accurate breakdown but
Khans footwork, good, but nothing special. Plus he only hops in and out, no angles or side to side movement, any good fighter can read those patterns and time him (as Garcia did).

Against Garcia he didn't 'hop' in and out, he just stayed in with 4/5/6 punches combination.

Last point why is everyone missing the point that Alexander is a top fighter that can beat Khan - I favor Khan about 70/30, still not a given Khan wins

He was, he was jumping in throwin the same/similar combinations and then jumping back out, then doing the same thing again. No wonder Garcia timed him. And i saw the same patter against Collazo, but this time with a bit of clinching thrown in.

Even when he landed that hook it was because:

    a) Khan threw the exact same combination hed been throwing throughout the fight

    b) he dropped his hands after he punched (something else hed been doing all night)

    c) he jumped in to throw his combination.

I can post the highlight video

Maidana also said he was going to beat Floyd :good
Secondly, i think Maidanas chin is a lot better than Khans.

Floyd can knock Khan out, whenever he wants.

Its the left hook Khan needs to worry about.

The one hes vulnerable to and the one Mayweather throws with great accuracy.

    Maybe you should phone Virgil?

An accurate, sharp hook is just as deadly as a wild swing.

Floyd dropped Marquez with that same left hook too.

Khan is just like Hatton, teach them all you want once theyre under pressure they return back to their old ways.

Maybe its because for the past few years, WW has been swamped with mainly brawlers, sluggers etc?

The only one has been Alexander, now Khan and Brook as well.

I disagree, Judah was alot more skilled than Khan was, Khan is mentally stronger.

    Barerra was old,
Collazo was in semi retirement and only became relevant after beating another guy who was making movies and also in semi retirement (Ortiz)
Judah had 7 losses at the time of fighting Khan, and showed what he always does, he loses everytime he steps up.

Malignaggi, another guy who loses everytime he steps up, of course Khan will look good against a guy with about 7Kos!

And Hatton outboxed Malignaggi years before.

As for Khan being rangy and tall, him and Floyd are the same height and Floyd has a one inch reach advantage.

I hate to admit it because one of my all time favorites bur Floyd is not even on his last legs, he used them against chino.

Floyd is done, put a fork in him. Still many ww he would still beat but certain styles he is too old for and king khan is at the top of the no go list.

Khan, rematch with canelo and especially trip g ALL terrible fights for Floyd and all unwinnable as I see them. If khan looks half decent vs alexandria and gets the w Floyd will end up fighting him and lose a pretty wide Dec. Even tho the scoring will make it seem close on paper after the fact but he is done.

Just retire NOW Floyd, nothing left to prone at frigging 40

I'd hate to see Floyd stay on too long and lose to guys he would have schooled in his prime.

I think we can agree that prime Floyd DOMINATES Khan.

    Khan aint one of them.

The only guy i see pulling it off is Thurman.

He actually studies Floyd and open talks about his gameplan. He has the youth, energy and power to pull it off.

I'm not so sure that talking about your gameplan to the public is such a good idea. There's the chance that your opponent will hear it and adjust accordingly. Especially when your opponent is as good at adapting as Floyd.
