Nope he's not chinny, the shot Froch landed would have KO'd near enough every super middleweight.

he is vulnerable in the sense that every great puncher would fancy their chances vs him after 6 rounds or so. Its his stamina which is the real concern. In short i wouldn't be confident in picking groves to beat a world class puncher.

    i dont think he's chinny.

But i do think his conditioning, or rather his pacing of fights is questionable and that in turn hinders his punch resistance.

Just take his last outing for instance. He threw over 900 punches in the fight.

Now, take Andre Wards win over Carl Froch, equally as dominating. But did Ward throw that many punches? Did he f*ck is the answer.

I don't think he's chinny. Obviously not granite chinned either though. Medium chin.

He took some decent shots from Froch in the first fight in the rounds leading up to the stoppage. Obviously the right hand that won the rematch can't be used as a gauge to class him as 'chinny'. As above - medium chin.

agree with all the comments so far , he is not chinny , its just tiredness in the latter rounds that makes it look that way .

i hope OP is not using that KO in froch-groves2 as an example of being chinny ??

    Correct.

In the later rounds when he is chugging more then Thomas the tank engine his defence is completely open. As said before he isn't chinny but it's not elite either

I voted he is chinny but I feel he isn't glass chinned like some like to make out but because of his lack of defensive ability he is always a few clean shots from being KO'd. He does have a weakness on the chin but just not one as bad as people believe.

He might be chinny now after what the Cobra did to him.

    No

His chin is average and that couple with **** poor defence makes him vulnerable.
