He's a decent fighter. Not a bum, not world class. I think he beats Rios but has trouble in spots since his defense is a little shaky.

He struggled with Ponce because he was too busy trying to be Mayweather and should've upped his activity. If Broner finds his identity and sticks with it, he's a solid opponent. You've got to be a complete hater or not know **** about boxing to not see his potential. I don't think he's world class and I don't see him dominating a division EVER, but he's definitely not a bum. A gatekeeper potentially but top 5 at 140 if he gets his **** together.

Rios is not that relentless. He's a slow, plodding, fighter. I think Broner counters the **** out of him. Broner only struggles when Rios forces him on the ropes and Broner wants to be flashy off the ropes. Rios is not that good, he'd have his moments on Broner but I'd pick Broner in that fight.
