I’m trying to figure out why many fans think Hopkins will win

Why?

Cause he's one of the most crafty and skilled fighters to ever lace them up. I'm not saying he wins but would anyone be shocked one bit if he schools Kovalev?

Well, that's the problem. People only look at his age and ignore his skills. Age don't win fights, skills do.

 

Because Hopkins is an OG that knows all the tricks and tools of the trade. He's been in there with punchers yet made them look old. This is the hardest fight of his career given the circumstances.

I have a rather large bet on hopkins getting KOD looking at the facts its hard to see this fight ending any other way unless theres a DQ or technical draw crap

more accomplished in beating NAMES but truth is hops has never seen anything like kov and will be beaten half to death by kov who far superior to hops and especially everyone on hops resume.
