GGG never mentioned 175, he "said" something about fighting anyone at 168 some time ago for which he has changed his mind seemingly unless it's a big money fight, as for 160, he offered to come down to 154 if it was to fight Floyd IIRC, Ward never offered to come down to 160 so here you go, two different scenarios.

There is no obligation for Floyd or GGG to move up and fight bigger men.
