The oh so great Julio Gonzalez showed us the blue print on how to beat Michalczewski.........beat his f ckin ass like he was a bum.....

Julio Gonzalez is a guy people put down as a bum Roy faced.....yet this bum that Roy faced and destroyed was way too much of a match for Michalczweki......let me ask you a question have you ever even watched a fight with Darious and see who he beat and how he looked as a fighter?

He was a boogy man who hid in the shadows no different than Sven Ottke...Only real fight fans know this....the reason that fight was never made is becase Darious could make less money fighting Roy over in Germany than he could in the US so he refused to leave because to him making less money is a better reason to hide in Germany....

Nobody could explain why Roy was ducking they just all said that since Darious wouldn't leave Germany Roy should go there...... WTF... as if Darious was the A side, as if the general US public was willing to fork over all this money to see Darious because he was such a household name......

I'll say this to be fair......At least Pac has a large following to justify the right to make any demands against Floyd, at least Pac has some major celebrity in himself to make demands against Floyd, at least Pac can make a nice chunk of change if Floyd is not willing to fight him.....

But Darious had nothing in his favor...nothing, he wouldn't even be the A side of a fight with Roy in Germany......he had no bargaining chips at all....none....

But once again you had to be around at that time to know that...old people tend to lie to the young about the past...

Roy would have gotten knocked out by Kovalev and maybe even killed. Roy is the biggest hype job of all time. When he finally fought someone who could bring it back to him, he folded like a cheap $4 chair. Multiple times. He was a one trick pony with no real skills, just great reflexes and great cherry picking. He's just good at getting knocked out at this point and we'd of seen it earlier if he fought the likes of Kovalev way back then. I remember the look of terror and shaking RJJ's face and body shown that first fight with Montell. A scared little boy. Man, he would have died had he fought a guy with half the skills and strenght of Kovalev. What you gonna do now Roy indeed.

Kov would get made look so dumb, he's way too slow to hit Roy, and Roy had good power to instantly get Kovs respect, I say prime Roy takes him out by the 6th round. Roy would hit him 3 times before Kov could even throw. lol

Sorry guy you are referring to an old Roy....the question is about Prime Roy....you are so wanting to get the point in about steroids that you are getting off the subject.......Prime Roy is the topic not the Roy specific time frame you want to talk about...

I guess you missed their fight fight during both Roy and Hopkins prime? lol Can't believe you would even speak about their last fight.

You're absolutely wrong. Roy is a completely different beast and easily the most combined athletic, fast, explosive LHW I've ever seen. Kov would look STUPID against a prime Jones, STUPID. Jones easily takes Kov out.

You mean 15 years into his career and over 50 fights, being fighter of the decade, being Named Fighter of the Olympics even after being cheated, after winning numerous numerous world titles all the way from Middle weight to heavyweight at the age of over 35 he finally gets knocked out.....

And you call that being exposed? WTF????

Exposed is when you are hyped up and fold the very first time the lights are on.......

Adrian Broner was exposed......Roy.....Finally loss...... There is a major difference between the two situations...

    Get your facts right boy.....

Kovalev would be a bad match up for Roy, so I doubt Roy would fight him. He surely wasn't keen on the idea to rematch Hopkins and there's no valid excuse for that duck.

Would the fight somehow be made I'd favour Roy to potshot himself to a UD with 70 percentage odds, and Kovalev to walk Roy down and knock him out with 30 percentage odds. It boils down to how durable Kovalev is, and how well he can adapt to speed. And at this point, we cant know.

Who was the biggest puncher Roy fought at LHW? Richard Frazier? Glen Kelly? Or maybe Otis Grant?

Demetrious Andrade called out Floyd....so what is your point?... Roy was the money man in the sport everyone calls out the money man in the sport...Anyone who was boxing at that time who didn't fight Roy can one day tell their kids that Roy ducked them....

Go onto some old timers website....and take a poll and ask them if during Roys prime days was a Roy Jones and Steve Collins fight the one they were checking for the most........or better yet....checkin for at all.....

If Floyd doesn't fight Danny Garcia, Danny can one day tell his kids that there was talks about him fighting Floyd but Mayweather didn't want none........and the truth is that Danny wouldn't be lying, that isn't a fight that Floyd is checking for....

60-40 I'll kick your ass.....You better get your facts right about who ducked who......Roy already whipped Hops ass, was the A side, was the champion.....for Hop to ask for 50/50 when he clearly was not the A side...is a duck....

And that's Word to Prme James Toney....who Hopkins ducked as well
