50 bucks is way to much to watch a Mundine vs Rabchenko and Geale vs Fletcher fight. It should be around 30 bucks or at least 40 like most other boxing matches on Main Event.

Watching it on TV is a ringside seat. Attend & it'll set you heaps more for same seat. There's always nearby pub or club.

It's ok mate I'll spot you $10 that should be enough for a bus fare down to your local, a bag of chips and red drink, now you sit there watch the fight and be a good boy.

As the reigning king of ESB it is my duty to watch all the fights I possibly can to give my insight to my loyal subjects.

    50 USD or Aussie bucks?

Either way, if Oz was my home, I might consider shelling out that much for a Mundine vs. Rabchenko & Geale vs. Fletcher split bill.

    Each, though? Prohibitively steep.

PPV over here stateside costs only a bit more, even in HD, and we get stuff like Mayweather vs. Maidana and the like.

How many bouts are they showing for the price tag?

There are eight altogether on the card. The show airs from 7:30pm AEDT, so they could in theory show all eight bouts (three 4-rounders, a 6, and four 12-rounders...totaling 4.5 hours worth of actual boxing even if everything goes the distance...though leaving very little time in between or for gab...)

I'm guessing the important matches (Browne vs. Welliver, Zappa vs. Castillo, and the main event) won't be on until about 10pm AEDT?

This rubbish should be on free tv. **** ppv. **** it.

Only mega fights like leonard-hagler, Floyd-Pacman, Ty-Berries should be ppv.
