More Pulev support than I thought. I recently re-watched his fight with Dimitrenko as I thought that was the opponent most similiar to Wlad. While I think he will have his moments I see Wlad stopping him in 9.
Klit 120 Pulev 96 Klit to score a knock down in the 3/4th round and then end up beating the daylights out of the punchbag. I would be surprised if he loses a single round in this fight. That in itself would be an achievement for Pulev
I don't think this fight will be close at all. Pulev will be outgunned and won't land much himself. Pulev's coach waves it off by the 7th, Wlad W TKO.
I expected Pulev to utterly destroy Dimitrenko. Instead he struggled, seemed hesitant. His punches didn't seem very powerful. Pulev seems quite uncomitted, has no killer instinct. If he struggled with Dimitrenko, Wlad will absolutely demolish him. Just my 2c.
I do think that If Klitschko is on his A game, he will dispose of Pulev easily. But age or lack of motivation might be starting to trouble him.
I don't think there will be a lot of clinching at all. Wlad clinches smaller fighters who run into him. Pulev boxes from a distance. There will be minimal leaning and holding.
After reviewing the Thompson vs Pulev fight. It seems Pulev does not have the punching power to bother Klitschko. And outboxing Wlad has never been done before....sooo...A UD is a lot more likely.
