I'm told @andredirrell's foe on @SHOsports 12/19 will be Derek Edwards in IBF 168 eliminator for No. 2. Edwards is 2-3-1 in last 6. #boxing

Solid fight for Dirrell, to see where he is now.

Edwards is coming off blasting Badou Jack out in a round.

He came VERY close to blasting Korborov out in a round too.

    IBF Eliminator!

    Thought Degale was mandatory already.

I'm guessing this fight is an eliminator for the #2 spot so the winner of this bout will be ranked #2 by the IBF.

    Champ. Froch

    1. J. DeGale
    2. A. Dirrell/D. Edwards winner
    3. G. Ramirez

    Hopefully Dirrell gets battered.

Thank goodness Andre is over his neurological problems. He must have had such an awful time.

Good news. Froch is looking to avoid DeGale (he'd probably avoid Dirrell at all costs as well) and is probably looking to vacate the IBF title very soon.

Perhaps Dirrell vs. DeGale is on sight.

This is pathetic Korobov ad Adonis both KO'd Edwards, the Badou jack KO was a lucky punch, and I'm saying that as someone who doesn't like Badou Jack.

Dirrell will brutally KO Edwards. Edwards is a shittier opponent than Brinson and Biosse were.

So because the WBC LHW champ KO'd him, and the probably soon to be WBO MW champ beat him, hes a terrible opponent for a guy who has been massively inactive for the past few years??

BTW, Korborov was very lucky to make it out of 1st round against Edwards. He had him on ***** street.

Dirrell vs De Gale would be a good fight.

    I f'king hate Andre Dirrell.

    Just throwing that out there.

Utterly undeserving challengers to fight in an eliminator, I don't care if it's not even for the top spot or not... I knew his career was over after the Abraham fight, I just expected one tune up, one step up, and then retirement. Didn't think he'd manage to keep his brain intact for four or five straight tune ups.

Either he is still fighting with brain damage or he literally has no testicles.
