Needs so much work on the shoulders to make him look more balanced in muscular terms, but that's a notoriously difficult area to build, can also restrict movement, everyone's different after all.

He's had little to do for a year. I'd be getting stronger, working on everything.

 

At the end of the day he's a 6ft 9 boxer not a bodybuilder. Having muscles like an Anthony Joshua type is only going to make you gas quicker. Looks in decent shape to me.
