I have tried to ask Richardson & the CSAC WHY Margarito was banned & his career ruined. NEITHER would give me an answer.
If Margarito had done what he was accused of he would have been indicted , charged & likely jailed. The CSAC couldn't indict him they couldn't prove he ever did anything wrong.
