lol you sir are a ******, you seem to be the only one that has this made up source. Also, if it was so clear that the cheat did not cheat, why not pursue this in court? Please tell me how it would have played out, why it would of played out the way you are about to say & why the court would not have been able to clear Margo of his cheating if its so "clear" how you say it is.

Period is, he cheated, he talked to a lawyer, lawyer advised there is nothing they can do as he was caught red handed, & its not worth trying to fight it.

Ive known Tony since he fought Buck Smith in Ft Worth Tx a few years ago when he was an unknown. I KNOW Tony would never need to load his gloves he had the heart of a lion & balls of steel. Those are attributes your idols definitely lacked

 

Jast hang on a minute. When was Margarito ever charged with anything?? When did he go to court?? He didn't because the CSAC had nothing to back up their claims he ever cheated.
If the CSAC had proof they would have indicted him. They would have been laughed out of court and they know it
They jumped the gun & banned Margarito on the words of a lying POS without proof. When the pads were tested & proved harmless the CSAC were screwed they just went silent. They'd railroaded an innocent man. What happened to the US justice systems boast " A man is innocent until proven guilty" Tony Margarito was NEVER proven guilty. If you look at the Baldomir fight, Floyd fought like a little hoe because he wasn't accustomed to the higher weight and dude didnt have the strength..

At that point in time, Margarito would have wrecked him..

You didn't answer my question, I asked why Margo never took this to court. He accepted a suspension & also accepted to have his rep questioned for ever, not to mention his ex coach is banned from working a corner, in boxing your rep is all you have. Pac took Floyd's accusations to court & successfully had Floyd over turn his claims & publically apologized. Margo just sat back and accepted he was caught cheating. Look how you desperately try & defend him here, that's because Margo did not bother to fight this.

1) why did margo not take this to court to clear his name & suspension?

2)what options did margo & his legal team have & why did they only have those options?

3)why did margo decide to accept his suspension & also never bothered to fight the accusations of using bricks?

Margarito turned pro at 15 yrs old was fighting grown men experienced boxers his first 3 losses were before he turned 18 yrs old. He went 5 yrs undefeated till he fought Daniel Santos in a N/C a Santos hb severely cut Margarito's eye. Went another 3 yrs undefeated till he fought billy goat Santos again & another headbutt caused a bad cut a tech dec loss. He went undefeated 3 more years till he lost a close dec to Paul Williams
Was undefeated till he kicked Cotto's ass.
So when you consider 3 fights were lost as a kid with no real manager. Then a N/C & tech loss to blatant headbutts against santos. He really only lost once to paul Williams

Not true The crooked NYC doc won that fight for Cotto. He stopped the fight to save Cotto having to quit AGAIN!!!! It wasn't to save Tony's eye. Watch the fight again & pay attention to what the doc says about the stoppage. He said "I stopped the fight to save further damage to Margarito's eye as he had been unable to see with it since round 2" Then he realized his faux pas & added " But it was getting worse" ROFL If an eye is blind how can it be getting worse Doc ??? He saved Cotto's ass

 

Margo did nothing the entire fight! Nothing!, how many rounds does he need to do anything?

Margo had already hurt cotto a lot earlier in their first fight, he never hurt cotto in the 2nd. Sure he landed a punch or 2(really I mean 1 or 2 good punches), but he would have not done nothing if the fight had gone the distance.

I'm no fan of cotto either, I always pull for the Mexican against PR in any fight. But Margo was banned to represent mexico by the Mexican boxing gods so I don't care for him.

 

Dude Margarito lost to everytop level fighter he fought execpt one, the one he did beat whopped in him the rematch. Lets stop acting like he was some great fighter and start admitting the guy was a bum on the same level as the Berto's and Ortiz's of boxing.
