Bruno, Ruddock, Mercer, Holy, Lennox, etc. all destroy Wlad

Hate on this truth all you want. Wlad is in a weak, weak era. If you deny that truth, then you are delusional.

With Wlad's stiff style and the way he keeps his chin up in the air and his lack of head movement and any other conceivable boxing skill, he would've been fodder for 90's era HW's.

He is one of the most overrated fighters of all-time.

Lennox and holy would certainly be about 50/50 the others would be far outside chances. Wladimir is far better than he gets credit for on these forums - he is big, string and doesn't really give away much. There is no era ever where any fighter would have an easy time with him.

That and a buck fifty will get you a cup of cheap coffee. It's so easy to beat Wladimir or be a top contender these days that most of this forum is full of guys who must not like money or Klitschko wouldn't be a footnote.

 

And all used to fight in american soil..i see pattern here,Wlad stays in europe as the biggest current HW fights.

I won't say i'm right.but could we overrate little bit the previous era,and underrate this.

If Wlad,Pulev,Povetkin,Haye etc.. Would regularly fight in america,or better couple of thems were americans.and fights would be on PPV.i bet instantly we would rate this era higher.

Kovalev and GGG are getting the hype treatment in america now.if they would fight in europe,they would be probably "less" great in the eyes of americans.

Juat my two cents,just to think that european based top fights are hugely underrated because they are not happening in america.

 

Holyfield had the bitchest time with Bowe just because of his size. Imagine him against Klitschko who comes in shape and focused. I love Holyfield, but I can't picture him beating Klitschko. Same goes for a bunch of those guys. Only guy who could do it was Lewis and he would have to be on his game
