Surely he is a top 5 puncher in the heavyweight division?

Seemingly everybody (like Wilder or Briggs) looks good and dangerous against bums or unathletic mediocre fighters.
Who was wladimir's best ko victim?
Byrd ? Chagaev ? Leapai? Thompson ? Mormeck? Pulev ? Pianeta?
    Others ?
(Only) Ali could knock Foreman out. This ko is better than
    wladimir's full ko list.
And who says Ali was a hard puncher ?

So your basing everything on resumes, and not every great fighter has a great chin. Wladmir is knocking out 230+ lbs boxers. when did shavers do such a thing and he is seen as the best puncher.
wilder hasnt knocked out anyone in the top 50 has he? malik scott lol

    Absolutely.

He knocks out fighters who've never been knocked out, floors guys who haven't been floored, and carries legit one-punch KO power in either hand. He's done it against fighters of different sizes, stances, and styles, and he does it boxing conservatively.

Wlad hits hard enough to alter opponents' gameplans immediately and routinely sends them into survival mode early; those who last the distance can't win a round off of him.

There aren't 5 better, more proven punchers.

Waldo has weaknesses. Power is most certainly not one of them.

    Um yes, atm

Not in the history of the sport.

Wlads great, but let's not make him out to be like some force that would give all other hw's in the history trouble.

    Vicious power in either hand.

That lead left hook is like an atomic bomb. Wow.

Ali's KO came from Foreman's exhaustion, not Ali's power.

Lethal the left hook from different angle plus his size makes him impossible to beat.

Wlad is a top 5 heavyweight champion of all time. He is second only to Holmes and Joe Louis in consecutive heavyweight defenses. His detractors are mainly straight-up racists who can't deal with a white man dominating the heavyweight division for a decade and Wlad has many more victories in his future.

I mean of all time, he's 246lbs hits like a mule, no doubt he hit harder than the all time midget 180-200lb heavyweights. Who off the top of your head Forman,Lewis, tyson, shavers? I'd say he may hit harder than Lewis, but Lewis was just quicker and better, smoother.

He is the hardest puncher in the Division, hands down. Look at Pulevs right cheek, all from the KO punch. He broke his cheekbone with it, and Pulev is a big boy.

I'd say he's the best puncher in the division today. Top 5 punchers all time? Maybe, maybe not. There's more to punching than power.

Joe Louis was an amazing puncher, tho probably not the hardest.

Ali was an amazing puncher because of his handspeed. But he never worked the body.

Tyson was an amazing puncher because of accuracy and combinations mixed with great speed and power. Probably best puncher ever at heavy.

Foreman was amazing because of his crushing power in both hands. But his punches could be amateurish and slow.

Lewis probably hit slightly softer than Wlad but had a better variety of punches and overall seemed to choose them better.

Frazier combined thudding power with a tremendous work rate. Not the biggest selection tho.

So while maybe not top 5, Wlad is a top ten heavyweight puncher. And a top ten champion in general, like it or not.
