Protein recommendations?

    This research is in the context of a disease related glutathione deficiency. These folk were given whey because they were unwell.

    Nothing wrong with that at all IIFYM, as they say. :good

    Problem is most of the dunces who buy protein powder think the more they take the bigger muscles they'll get. In reality all that grows is their gut from the calorie surplus, d'oh. :patsch

    True but the original article stated that glutathione increased stamina etc. and that people who survived physically traumatic events had higher levels of glutathione compared the people who did not survive traumatic events.

    So because of this do you use whey as a replacement for other protein sources?

    Ant-Man in your argument, you are missing one key ingredient why fart powder is detrimental to one's training:

    The inability to perform quality Wall-Sits.

    I mean, I have seen lads clear out an entire gym with this lethal combination. I say it's more deadly than the old 1-2.

    Aye, the whey brigade have their own wall, down the corridor, first left, out in the car park by the bins..
