I know he's fighting Andy Lee next but i've only seen a couple of his fights.

He seems to have decent accurate punches but i'm not sure he's fought the best competition.

Is he second best to Golovkin?

Did Peter Quillin duck him because he's that good.

I'll have to watch more fights but from the two i've seen he seems like a decent fighter.

Better than Lee. Jury is out for rest.

Not that impressed with korobov. He is good and will be a tough fight for anyone but I don't think he is GGG good.

From what I've seen of him is that he is very strong physically and has good punching power but he seems to have stamina issues or poor energy management. He fights in quick explosive bursts and then rest. Against a good boxer who can stay away from those burst and can capitalize when he is resting he's going to have a tough time.

He's not as good as I thought at first, his last fight was a very unimpressive performance, his stamina was just woeful, was making a lot of mistakes et cetera. I think Andy Lee may beat him.

I think he's the 2nd best fighter at 160. Nobody is willing to give this guy a chance to showcase his skills. He has been pretty inactive over the years and let his fighting instincts deteriorate.

He's got a win over Kovalev in the amateurs. Think about that.

A Slightly Chilly Wind Blows from the East at about 7mph and barely ruffling anyone's feathers.

Pretty good when he isn't being totally ordinary, which is often.

Some fighters are restrained by the AMs, and some are molded by the AMs. GGG is the former, Korobov seems to be the latter.

Agree with consensus. Being stuck in am mode can only take you so far.

    Super star amateur.

Has been brought along very slowly.
Derek Edwards almost had him gone in the first round.

Hes gonna be favorite against Andy though

From what little I've seen of him he is pretty woeful, slow plodding, lacks stamina. Him versus andy Lee should be a barely-watchable bore-fest....not so much a case of which is better so much as which is least worse!!!
