How bout Buster Mathis the 2nd against Toney?

 

Tyson destroys him. And anybody thinking otherwise is brain dead.

You absolutely will NOT beat Tyson if you can't hurt him. And Toney wouldn't be able to hurt him, or deter him.

96 Tyson wasn't prime, but he still had more than enough in the tank at that point to destroy a little guy like Toney.

He'd walk right through Toney's punches, and blast him out.

 

Would be a real good fight. Tyson is the kinda fighter Toney does best with, Toney loves it when guys come straight to him. But Tyson has such an advantage with his physical tools being much bigger and stronger then Toney. I think it is possible that Tyson does what no one else has ever been able to do and catches Toney like he did Mathis and knocks him out. If this doesn't happen I think Tyson may be in for a long night. Should Tyson show up in the same forum he was when he fought Mathis I'd expect Toney to make him miss the same way but unlike Mathis Toney would make him pay. I don't think he has the power to knock out Tyson but I think he'd land a lot of hard sharp punches. Tyson's sheer size, speed and aggression would make the fight very competitive even in a long fight but I'm not sure if mentally he'd be able to deal with Toney in the later rounds. The way I see it is either Tyson scores a knock out or it goes to the scorecards where it could go either way I'd even slightly favor Toney in a distance fight because Tyson especially at this stage in his career doesn't perform well in the later rounds.

 

Really ¿ ali would not hurt tyson seriously and he would outbox tyson

 

It they fought between 99 and 03 toney might well have outpointed him.

 

I seriously doubt that 03 Tyson was capable of going 12 rounds with a live body. The only way he'd get that far is if he fought some fat slob and they just hugged all night.

 

I can imagine 96 Tyson vs every version Toney ko1 .

 

96 Tyson was too unstable mentally and not right in the head, i give the edge to the fat 5-9 blown up middleweight..

Tyson wouldn't be able to intimidate Toney, like he did many others, and he would either blow up and get dq'd or get outboxed, and smacked around for 12 rounds..

I think Toney takes this, and i can't stand either guy so im as unbiased as anyone:yep
