Of course this fight isn't possible in a recent 2-3 years because Lomachenko dreams to become undisputed champion, so it will take some time before he gets through Gradovich, Rigo and Walters. But Loma stated himself that he plans to move up in the future, so why not...
Anyone who saw the fight knows that Lomachenko won that one because Salido was never deducted a point for that multiple kicks under Loma's belt. Salido barely escaped alive that night, that's why he immediately run away to another weight category because Orlando understands that in rematch with real referee he gets his head smashed. That lose doesn't mean anything, just a number in profile. Pac got 5 losses, does that makes him a bad fighter? No, he's the most respected and enjoyable fighter in the world who has fans all over the world. Losses are good if the boxer learns from them, Lomachenko clearly took his lesson from that experience, that's why he easily schooled Russel.
Both Lomachenko and Bradley have the same height - 1.69 m, that's why this fight looks so interesting.
I don't think that's a fair statement, he said before the fight IIRC that he'd move up and he was (obviously) struggling to make the weight (he couldn't), I don't think it's because he ran from the rematch is why he moved up. I do agree that the inexperience and the referee cost Lomachenko the fight, with more fights I see him easily winning the rematch. On topic, I voted accidentally for Lomachenko but it has to be Bradley of course, way bigger, more experienced, everything. Not a great matchup tbh.
Bradley is bigger, but not higher. Bradley's bodybielder muscles prevented Tim from beating Pac in April, he got exhausted too early and wasn't as fast as always, big muscles kill speed, so I doubt if Tim is faster than Lomachenko. How is Bradley gonna beat the guy who excels him in speed, who is better body puncher, with great jaw, who uses very smart pressure etc. Tim possesses very weird defence, but Loma has the ability to adapt to any style and Tim certainly will not be able to knock Loma out.
And anyone who saw that fought knows Lomachenko has CLEAR issues with an opponent who outweighs him by that much. Bradley not only weighs alot more than Salido on his heaviest night, but brings with him the skill and speed to make Lomachenko the outgunnned featherweight that he is.
Tyson and De La Hoya have the same height, should they have fought? Paul Williams has heavyweight reach, should he have gotten a shot at Klitschko? Lomanchenko got out-hustled by Salido. Imagine what a pitbull like Bradley 3 weight classes above would do. :deal
