    Well he was charged with it.
    Doesnt mean he'll actually be found guilt.

    Arkansas has some pretty strong "castle laws".

    If they can prove that the cousin was there when Taylor didnt want him there, theres a good chance he can get off.

    But obviously, Ive no idea what happened.

    He has a good case for self defense. Why would his cousin or anyone else trespass on his property in the middle of the night and not expect to be shot?
